Glass House works with all types of events, from casual outings to upscale affairs. Our event coordinators assist in planning a menu that meets the unique needs of your group while working within a given budget. As a UM strategic supplier, we gladly accept short codes and look forward to the opportunity to serve you!

The Glass House menus feature globally influenced modern Midwestern fare with local ingredients whenever possible. Designed to feature a broad range of seasonal plates, our offerings indulge the diverse tastes in the area.

Plenty, but here's a good place to start. We purchase goods from local farmers and suppliers whenever possible. This is a core practice that has been at the center of our culinary and business philosophies throughout our careers.

We do this for several reasons:

• Our guests experience the freshest ingredients possible.
• The relationships we build with other local businesses help strengthen our community.
• We want to help protect our environment. Buying locally means that goods have less distance to travel, cutting back on greenhouse gas emissions and reducing the volume of packing material needed.

We fulfill this mission while at the same time keeping our prices as low as possible.
